The order was not complete when it arrived. I called and spoke with Janik about it and she was very apologetic and promptly corrected the issue by sending the items that were not originally shipped. In doing so, she realized that the extra rollers I ordered were the wrong type for the channel that I had ordered. In the end, she saved me a big headache by catching my mistake.

The quality of a supplier also depends on the carrier chosen for deliveries. In my case via DPD after a week and three exhausting calls (correct address) waiting for my package, on the third visit, the delivery person simply told me that he did not have it!!!
