The gap between the doors is too large, looks quite silly, the further door needs to be milled, then the upper guide is really unusable due to zero tolerance, 1 mm difference and it rubs, better to build something yourself and use a profile for example

Fast shipping, simple fastening system. The rail allows for smooth rolling. Big downside, the system is indicated as being silent which is not the case at all. We chose it for this reason and are disappointed to have spent this amount on a system that is not. This also includes the slow closer, practical but noisy.

The slid'up 110 and 120 rails are very good. The only downside is the "spare parts" or the option to buy a single rail. Only 180 or 194 cm are offered... to have my doors on 3 rails, I needed 240cm... You could offer 180 or 300, at least we can cover what we need... Having already bought a double rail in 240, in my case, I had to buy a complete 240 cm kit, it cost me much more to buy the complete kit since I already had everything I needed in terms of wheels/stoppers... Buying 2 rails of 180 did not appeal to me due to the junction which is never perfect and could cause a slight snag and thus noise. Too bad for that...

I had an awful experience. The customer service manager should be replaced. He is rude and mean. This is no behavior to have in any position. A piece broke up assembly and he denied replacing it and I had to fight with him to have it done. This is ridiculous behavior. His attitude towards others is really bad and your company should really really be ashamed of his interactions with customers. He made me hate ever giving your company my business. At one point I wished I had never bought the sliding door hardware at all. That’s not what customer service managers are for usually. Usually they are able to keep the situation calm instead of saying ignorant things to upset the customer. He really needs to grow up and not act like a child when responding to customer emails. My first email response to him told him he should have had a coffee before he responded to emails in the morning because it was so poorly done. It attacked me for a late purgatory delivery. This whole experience has lost any future business I may have ever given you. Not that the piece is replaced my door works amazingly and I love the hardware. Too bad I have nothing but negativity left for your company. Good product. Really bad staff that needs to obviously be retrained and taught how to appropriately handle their workload. You would think at such a high price point your employees would have the knowledge on how to deal with defects appropriately. You guys are by far the cheapest out there. I really did honestly expect more from your company.

I ordered this kit to replace a faulty motor on one of my existing motors. I preferred to buy this complete kit for 390€ because the price of a single motor at 200 euros quickly calmed me down! If another were to fail, I wouldn't regret it! Personally, I find the price of spare parts too high. It's a shame because with my 8 kits purchased previously, I appreciated the seriousness of the company, its good quality-price ratio, and its responsiveness to comments and product improvements.

Perfect material, great packaging, shipping time was perfect BUT unfortunately, the choice of DLS carrier... a mistake! I let you read the comment I left them via TrustPilot. Rated 1 out of 5 stars, 1 star is way too much! Delivery notice received by email the day before... so far so good. I block myself at home on the day and by late morning I see that my package is delivered! But I have nothing! No one, no call even though I had specified to call upon delivery by leaving my number! My site is blocked. The support tells me they are launching a search but that's it!!! Impossible to reach the delivery person. Of course, no sound, no image, I fall into oblivion! By miracle, the person who received it in my place managed to find my number and call me. In the end, I went to pick up my material, 1 hour drive for a delivery I paid for!!! Hats off to the incompetent DLS!
