Fast delivery and very well packaged parts.
The lock kit received was not in good condition, a plastic piece was broken. I don't know if I will be able to install the handle as it is.

Package 00K6NGGH announced delivered but not received from GLS
Tried to engage customer support with help on a faulty product. Was not seeking any monetary compensation or replacement. Was told that they could not address my issue or provide any support because their failed roller on my sliding door was purchased thru a third party. Doesn’t surprise me that a company with poorly designed / faulty products also has very poor customer service. Would most definitely seek other options for your accessory needs. Be wary of the weight ratings and plastic components used in their products. We had to failures on two different doors (all within their specs) in less than a year. A significant pain and expense. We replaced with another manufacturer’s product and have been very satisfied with the design and use. No plastic parts to fail..,
Defective item.
Package not received, returned to sender without reasons. the delivery was rescheduled, then absence of delivery and return to sender, without the carrier contacting me. no feedback from slid up for now, to return the ordered product or refund me.
I'm not very happy with the delivery, too much delay, I trusted this service a lot but in the end they upset me, they made me lose the day for placing the part I bought from you. In the end, I didn't do it, I set it aside, I lost my workday and I wasn't paid.
Still nothing received. The GLS delivery person says they put my package in Looker since 08/07, but I never received an email or SMS with an identifier and password… so impossible to retrieve it. Impossible to reach GLS on the weekend and tomorrow is a holiday on 14/07. So I'm lost and I've been living in darkness for over 12 days because my roller shutter is broken in the closed position.
I have shopped several times, the company reacts very quickly when I leave money, but when I wrote about the desire to return one profile, it was silent as if sowing poppy seeds. Well, it is evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority.
Order placed on 20/06, delivery 2 to 3 days but still nothing received after 8 days.

Too difficult to give a score. The merchandise seems fine but the system of references to order is very confusing. Do confusing that I apparently ordered the wrong rail. Though it seemed obvious to me that if you order 3 rails they would all be the same size. . I was told it was my fault and returns were not accepted. This treatment, in the modern world of internet ordering is not only unacceptable but also probably illegal in the consumer code. So, shape up, Slid'up, be amenable, be nice.
I’ve tried calling the number that’s posted left messages nothing. I would like to start a return, but there is no way to return it that I can see or on their website. I was looking for a little bit of technical support. That’s all but at this point, I’d like to return it.

Poorly cared packaging, consequently, the upper rail was bent on the front part.
Unfortunately does not respond to emails regarding a warranty case, therefore unfortunately paid the full purchase price twice.

I had an issue with my order. I was overcharged for shipping. I emailed customer service. No reply. I called, no answer. Weeks go by. I emailed again. No reply. I call again. No answer. Terrible, non existent customer service. Absolutely no response. I would not buy from them again. Overcharged and then ghosted me.
Poor quality
Shipment was calculated and announced. However, I never received a shipment. For that, the refund of the purchase price - however with a deduction of 5€ for the shipment. For me, not a good style......

Order that does not match what I wanted to order I contacted for a return but no news I then have another order that is supposed to arrive but no news so I think it will be the last orders I place.....
I cannot recommend this company. The order never arrived. Not even an email was received with the tracking number. Allegedly, we never picked up the package at the package shop. How are we supposed to know that it is in the package shop when we did not receive any email or note in the mailbox? We find that strange.
Delivery time
I waited over 2 weeks for my original track. My first order of six sets of track. When it finally did arrive, only half of it made it. It took almost 10 days for the replacement to arrive. Very frustrating how long it took for me to receive my order.

Attention, it is not mentioned, but exchanges are simply not accepted, you will have to return at your own expense. Given the size and weight of the items, let me tell you that you do not have the right to make a mistake! Fortunately, in my misfortune, I found much cheaper at Avosdim, so I was able to offset the return costs, with a responsive customer service!
