This product seemed pretty unique. I used it for a bi-fold door that I cut off the tops and bottoms, and threw away the middles to make two sets that open all together as one. This hardware is strong.

Worked as expected. Arrived within 3 business days from Canada. No extra shipping charge just that awesome. Installed a double pocket door and the tracks fit within a 3 1/2 opening. I can’t wait for their expanded hardware section. We do a lot of custom installs and hardware in my area is hard to find. Other manufacturers did not have product in stock or really long lead times. Great quality and fast shipping, they will be my go to for door hardware from now on

The product matched my expectations exactly. The only downside was the descriptive plan and the dimensions. The quotes were incomprehensible to me. Moreover, I expected to be informed about the possible positioning area of the rail, but unfortunately, I had to do a trial to determine the overall dimensions considering the thickness of my doors. Of course, I didn't get it right the first time, I had to disassemble, shift to finally re-screw. Second remark: the installation diagram of the guides in the rail is not explicit. There is only one arrow indicating the movement to apply to the door to get the wheels into the rail. A diagram describing the two movements to apply by illustrating their consecutive effects on the positioning of the wheel in the rail would not be useless. When the door clips in on the first try, no problem. But when it resists as happened to me for the second time, then you only achieve your goal after exploring the inside of the mechanism and understanding the principle. This is not easy inside a closet.

The product itself is excellent quality. It is also a good price point when compared to other offerings that do the same thing. It is well engineered. Seems like they have thought of everything needed for different applications. What I was really impressed with was the customer service. I ordered two 160 models and an extra door set of roller kit. I got two 190 models, which is for the glass door application and I think is more expensive based on the hardware that I saw that came with it. The rails were fine and so was the extra door kit, so I called them and they quickly sent me two more door kits and didn’t even ask for the remaining 190 kit hardware to be sent back. The customer service person on the other end understood quickly what my issue was and just as quickly expedited the two kits. I have to say I expected that whole experience to be painful, but it was anything but. I really appreciate when that happens so all I can say is good job! I highly recommend these folks. Thanks much.
