Order placed on a Friday afternoon, without being able to obtain technical information, I was called back on Monday morning for details on the accessories allowing to play on door thicknesses. After delivery, I was really missing a set of mounts for one of the rails for 30 mm doors. After conversation with the technical service, I received the requested parts in customer service. for the rail 150 to know 2 mounts. I have not yet installed the rails and cannot comment on reliability, but given the low weight my doors will have, I am confident.
