The delivery was terrible, the delivery person left the package with a neighbor in an alley, at number 18. I wasn't even notified of their visit with my name and number 16 on my mailbox, and I was present at home to check the package and sign. I am disappointed with your carrier.

Product and price are great. I live in Hawaii and the thing I don’t understand is why SlidUp only ships to the lower 48 states and not Hawaii or Alaska. I understand you are a Canadian based manufacturer but your US website boasts “all orders shipped from warehouse in the US”. The items I ordered are very small and could easily fit into a USPS flat rate box or envelope which is pretty cheap anywhere in the US including HI and AK. I ordered track roller kits and had them ship it to my son on the west coast who then repackaged the items in a flat rate envelope to mail to me. So it cost roughly $10 for SlidUp to ship it to California and $10 for my son to mail it to me. Their customer service representative tried to help me out and checked with their shipper what it would cost for them to ship the parts directly to me and gave me an estimate of $48. These track rollers are the closest thing I could find as a replacement for a condominium that I do maintenance on and has about 300 units that use a hidden track sliding barn door that uses nearly identical rollers. I need about 10 more sets of roller kits and trying to figure out how the best way to get it here.
