I have often ordered from you but now I am really starting to get fed up because lately the ordered material is really poorly packaged and always has scratches. I found another site with the same products that arrive intact.

Customer service follow-up non-existent, they leave you to deal with DPD who is equally incompetent. Customer service does not respond to refund requests because the delivery forced me to take 2 days off without being delivered despite the confirmed appointment! it's unacceptable!!!! I will not buy from Volet Habitat again.
