My order was shipped quickly but unfortunately the delivery company did not drop off my package at the relay point, as agreed. Then it became very complicated to retrieve it. I called Coulissant-habitat and a very nice lady did what was necessary to put pressure on the delivery company (GLS). Therefore, I consider this site reliable and I retrieved my package after a few complications.
