Very satisfied

Order placed on 24/03/21 and delivered on 26/03/21, nothing to say about it. For my order, I was guided by an advisor. I don't know if it was by omission, but she did not inform me that by ordering only 2 days later I could have benefited from a 25% discount on my order. I find that a shame!!! I should have only paid €100.64 instead of €140.18 if I had been informed that by ordering 48 hours later I could benefit from a 25% discount.

I have ordered one track with 2 soft close mechanisms and installed a 40kg door. It works very well, I have ordered more for my project. It was easy to select and order the right product. The shipping was fast and at a very reasonable cost.

Delivery was good, but instructions were a mix. I purchased one unit to try it out and made all my mistakes on it, spoke with the company about my problem, it would be a good idea to include the purpose of some of the screws and bolts, for example on the tracking wheels, it would have made my install easier if I had known the purpose of the screw and bolt, once it was explained to me, I had no problems completing the installation and then ordering the other three units. The finished look is a clean modern line, without the feeling of being heavy that I found with other barn door hardware.

Hello, on the old kit the aluminum was protected by a film, on the slid up 280 black anodized kit it is not protected, the kit arrived with scratches.

Products meet my expectations, delivery quite fast, I recommend this site without hesitation.
