Staff was helpful and courteous, the order arrived as promised and it seems to be working wonderfully. The only improvement would be to make the assembly instructions easier to understand and provide more photos etc. on the website.

Great service arrived as promised

The website was easy to navigate and the order process was equally as good. However, there was nowhere on the website to order the appropriate track for the SLID'UP 140 bifold door hardware kit as a replacement for a previously damaged track. I therefore had to order another full kit instead of just the track.

While every site has some navigation issues, the slidup site was pretty good in how it is laid out to be able to find what you need. I had no problems at all.
