Fast delivery, everything great

The order arrived quickly and was just as described. I don't yet have an opinion on how durable it may be or just how well it works, but I have great hopes for it.

First shipment got lost or stolen. They gave me absolutely no problems and shipped another order immediately. Received in 2 days as promised and even followed up to see if I was satisfied. Would definitely deal with them again. Thanks

Delivery went smoothly, only one set was missing the positioners

Finding the right product and placing the order was excellent. There was however a problem with delivery. When the product arrived, the packaging was damaged and the rail had been bent in two directions. I believe this is the courier's fault and not the supplier. There was also a nut missing from one of the pieces of equipment. I have managed to straighten the rail as far as possible and I can get a nut. For future reference, make sure that all the components are packaged and ensure the courier is more careful with the package. The packaging is robust so clearly, it was hit by something heavy as it was broken in half.
