My initial order arrived damaged. A quick e-mail produced a replacement order which was delivered within 48 hours. I then found out I had not ordered all the parts I needed and a subsequent order was delivered to me very promptly. Fantastic service!

Good product at a competitive price

It took a bit to find the product I was looking for. There wasn't exactly what I wanted but I purchased something close. The shipping cost was way too high for such a light object. Also the box was damaged, though not the product, luckily.

Great service arrived as promised

The website was easy to navigate and the order process was equally as good. However, there was nowhere on the website to order the appropriate track for the SLID'UP 140 bifold door hardware kit as a replacement for a previously damaged track. I therefore had to order another full kit instead of just the track.

While every site has some navigation issues, the slidup site was pretty good in how it is laid out to be able to find what you need. I had no problems at all.
