Very bad experience, 3 weeks for an order to travel 15km, due to a relay point temporarily closed. Poor communication as there was no order tracking: no response to emails, difficulties in reaching customer service by phone, unfulfilled promises of callbacks. This is quite hypocritical for a customer service that emphasizes listening on the website. A commercial gesture would be the least they could do.

Delivery announced 5 times and 5 times not done.......no call...no excuse, DPD transport is in the sense of being vulgar and contemptible people. I am not homophobic. I cancel my order....
I'm very unhappy my order was doubled and was charged about $15 for delivery. I want to return the 4 extra pocket doors but I cannot find anyone to send it for less than $350+HST. Slid'up should be sending a return label just like amazon or offering a better solution. Your website messed up the order and doubled it. I only ordered 4. 8 were sent and I was charged for 8. Not fair to the consumer. You guys have bulk purchase rates with Purolator and the shipping is very minimal for a large organization. The aluminum profiles were not packaged correctly, without protection on them, which caused a scratch, hitting them. In conclusion, they could not be used.
I paid a lot of money for a product that I can not use, I also paid for shipping I believe and to return it I have to spend more than the original purchase for shipping to return them. All other businesses pay for return shipping, your company does not. I will not tell anyone about this company nor will I ever make another purchase.

This track works really well. The track would be a 5 stars if the rail was 1/2" bigger. We had to shim the track to keep the doors in the track. The doors slide smoothly & easily on the track.

Customer service does not respond to refund requests because the delivery forced me to take 2 days off without being delivered despite the confirmed appointment! it's unacceptable!!!! The product is great. I paid in advance and the money has long since gone to the company, however, my order was not shipped. Only after almost a week when I specifically inquired by email. This is a no-go and there is no excuse for it, as long as they accept the money in advance. I will not order here again.
