The product seems good but the delivery process needs serious review. First of all, the site never indicates whether the order is processed and/or shipped. We do not receive any email or SMS to inform us of the departure of the package. It is through the carrier that we are informed that the package will be delivered. The website seems recent but clearly 'not dry' and not free of bugs in the order tracking system. Furthermore, the rails arrive in tubes but not well enough packaged and therefore upon arrival one tube is empty, one rail and some brackets are missing. The people at customer service are charming, but overwhelmed and unable to help with a failing IT system.

The hardware is great but the instructions are about the worst that I have ever seen. Maybe if you are an engineer or are familiar with equations and design formulas it may be easy but for the common person it is not. I am quite mechanically inclined and have remodeled and rebuilt all types of machines and furniture and found the instructions very frustrating.

Great site, very good products, packaging for lengths under 1.30m is excellent. However, for the 3m kit, it is impossible for it not to arrive bent given the "DIY" for packaging.
