Shipping expensive
Starting up and programming with the manual is very complicated to understand, I haven't managed to do my programming yet.
The quality of a supplier also depends on the carrier chosen for deliveries. In my case via DPD after a week and three exhausting calls (correct address) waiting for my package, on the third visit, the delivery person simply told me that he did not have it!!!

Review the plan, too many problems Material needs to be reviewed, the locking screw is too long and does not allow for precise adjustment, the guide with the rollers is too long which results in a bent door that is not even parallel
No product information, no manual in French! you have to decipher the info and discover the functions...couldn't find half of it...

Hello, I expected much more 'robust' rails, the fixing system, especially the screws that pass between the rails, are 1 mm too thick and it took us much longer than expected. Timeliness and welcome were top-notch
My rail came in BENT from USPS in the cardboard tube and want a refund!!! How can I get my refund???

1m95 rails delivered without fixing screws.
Track was fine, but the guides were undersized. We had to get a third party guide set to make the doors work.
The stops and fittings on the door are actually made of plastic + lack of care in packaging (brackets placed with the carton with their screws, nuts and washers loose = missing elements upon arrival). Very mixed review.
It's ok - the hardware has some flex to it and it works decently.

I am disappointed with the received package because it was delivered while I was not there, left on my terrace. And this despite my recommendations to the delivery service. Moreover, the package was open and the rail guide and a piece to hold the door are missing.

The delivery was fast but I was not notified sufficiently in advance to be present at the reception. The rail arrived bent at the end over 20 cm. The only unprotected part
The product seems good but the delivery process needs serious review. First of all, the site never indicates whether the order is processed and/or shipped. We do not receive any email or SMS to inform us of the departure of the package. It is through the carrier that we are informed that the package will be delivered. The website seems recent but clearly 'not dry' and not free of bugs in the order tracking system. Furthermore, the rails arrive in tubes but not well enough packaged and therefore upon arrival one tube is empty, one rail and some brackets are missing. The people at customer service are charming, but overwhelmed and unable to help with a failing IT system.
FedEx courier is not only one of the most expensive on the market, but also does not select the option (paid!) to call the recipient upon delivery. This means that someone has to be at home and wait from 8 to 18.
There is no system to adjust the horizontal or vertical alignment of the door once the hangers are fixed.
The hardware is great but the instructions are about the worst that I have ever seen. Maybe if you are an engineer or are familiar with equations and design formulas it may be easy but for the common person it is not. I am quite mechanically inclined and have remodeled and rebuilt all types of machines and furniture and found the instructions very frustrating.
For this order it's perfect, but for the previous one, 7 pieces were missing that I unfortunately noticed too late.

Made a large purchase just a week before they had a sale, so feeling like I lost out on a good chunk of money.
Great site, very good products, packaging for lengths under 1.30m is excellent. However, for the 3m kit, it is impossible for it not to arrive bent given the "DIY" for packaging. I was well warned of the consequences if there was a problem so I accept but it's a shame. The rest seems very very good.
