We haven't installed the sliding doors yet, but it looks like it is very good quality - there should be an date on the confirmation as to when it is expected to be delivered - I didn't receive a confirmation of shipping either - after 13 days, I e-mailed the company to see if it was shipped yet - they called me back the same morning to let me know that it was indeed shipped & would look into it - my order was delivered that afternoon, so I'm pretty sure the hold up was the local delivery company that was used. It would be really helpful to receive a confirmation of shipping with the expected delivery date.
