I ordered an additional rail because I did not calculate it in my initial design, they sent it to me but without screws so I had to go buy screws at the hardware store and unfortunately they are different screws from those provided with the rail in my first order. No option on the site allows to buy screws with the rail. I even spoke to the representative and he thought it didn't make sense for a rail to be sent without screws... quite ordinary on their part. Moreover, the sliding door stops do not work they are too soft to stop the sliding door.

The delivery as well as the material was without complaint and corresponded to the description and can be recommended.

The sliding rail I ordered was excellent price and quality and arrived in a quick manner. We ordered the large rail at 118" long and it is holding a 58" homemade barn door with ease. The rollers are smooth and the hardware robust. Highly recommend these systems.

The process of ordering was simple and easy and the shipment arrived quite quickly however, although I ordered two, only one was shipped. I called them directly and they shipped the second one out immediately and it arrived very fast. Overall I was very pleased with the product.
