I found the shop by chance and ordered there. All necessary information is provided. Shipping is cheap even though a 1.95m rail is already bulky. It was delivered the next day. I am super satisfied.

Excellent quality products that are very easy to set up. For installation on an old or rustic building, it is preferable to properly prepare the flatness of the board to ensure perfect alignment of the motor supports. The site's responsiveness for preparing and shipping the order is remarkable.

Very satisfied with the company Slid-up. After ordering, fast delivery. Very satisfied with the order tracking. I noticed during unpacking that the finishing strip of 3 meters was bent, probably during transport even though the package was perfect. I contacted them, sent a photo of the strip, and they replaced it very quickly without any problem.

Still haven't received my order from June 30, 2025. GLS notified me of delays twice with rescheduled delivery dates...

Package received empty at a pickup point... I therefore refused the package... I am waiting for a refund from you.

Too difficult to give a score. The merchandise seems fine but the system of references to order is very confusing. Do confusing that I apparently ordered the wrong rail. Though it seemed obvious to me that if you order 3 rails they would all be the same size. . I was told it was my fault and returns were not accepted. This treatment, in the modern world of internet ordering is not only unacceptable but also probably illegal in the consumer code. So, shape up, Slid'up, be amenable, be nice.

Nothing to report, contact with the resale company in Dijon very friendly, attentive and very professional. Thank you to them. As for the product, it should be known. PS: I gave your contact details to a representative in this field and to one of his carpenter artisans (surprised by the quality and price)

Very disappointed I buy directly from the manufacturer, to avoid enriching Leroy Merlin. But unfortunately, I encountered a problem between the size of my carts and the rail, I bought these elements separately in a kit. I made a mistake in my order, of course, but I left a comment for your staff at the time of the order asking if, following my choice of different products, I would not encounter any issues, but I don't feel like anyone from your side read it, as a result, I managed, spent more time, but thanks to ingenuity I found the solution but not thanks to you. So really not great your customer service, which does not read comments during orders, I wonder what the point is of writing comments.

Clear and understandable

5 stars for Slid’up but only 2 for the delivery by GLS! I was able to easily identify the parts I needed on the site. Everything is well detailed and explained. Fast shipping, very well packaged and protected, everything arrived in perfect condition. GLS is less reliable! My delivery was postponed without explanation, I had to wait an additional 4 days to retrieve my first package and return a second time to the pickup point for my second package, not great! The customer service of slid’up is perfect and attentive to explanations.
