Be careful if the item does not fit, return of goods is impossible. Indeed, Coulissant Habitat does not organize any return of goods and specifies that shipping costs are at your expense. The order was delivered quickly... but the items were not as described. Wrong rolls and the wrong fastening material were delivered. No one is reachable on the hotline and there was no response to 4 emails. This is definitely not how customer service works!

Does not stand behind their products
I ordered an additional rail because I did not calculate it in my initial design, they sent it to me but without screws so I had to go buy screws at the hardware store and unfortunately they are different screws from those provided with the rail in my first order. No option on the site allows to buy screws with the rail. I even spoke to the representative and he thought it didn't make sense for a rail to be sent without screws... quite ordinary on their part. Moreover, the sliding door stops do not work they are too soft to stop the sliding door.
