Hello, just a false note on the delivery which was supposed to be at home. And my package ended up at a relay point.
The package arrived on time but if you want to call for information about the products, the number you ask for is no longer in service, I won't even mention the warranty in case of failure. I do not recommend this site!!!!
The ordering process was easy. The amount of time from the order date to the ship date was too long. The item did not fit in the intended space, so I needed to return it. The return process is outdated and time consuming. It has been over two weeks since I returned the item, and SLID'UP has not acknowledged receipt of it, nor has a credit showed up on my credit card account.
I must tell you that setting up your equipment is not reserved for DIY enthusiasts equipped with two left hands... THANKFULLY your manual is very clear. Bravo.
The slide system 110 is simply weak. It does not provide any level adjustment after hanging the door, the bottom guide, while maintaining the dimensional tolerances given in the instructions in the lower range, does not allow the door to be removed.
Improving the site's ergonomics wouldn't be a luxury.
The sliding door system seems correct as it has not been installed yet. However, the delivery was catastrophic. After several emails and calls to customer service, my package arrived 15 days late. The carrier signed the delivery note without even delivering the package. Fortunately, the package arrived well, otherwise the criticism would have been severe.
Website was a bit confusing but I found what I needed. More clear install requirements would have been better.
I placed my order on June 22, 2020 and it is now July 10 and I still have no idea when I will receive my complete order. I ordered the SLID'UP 110 - Sliding closet door hardware kit - 106" - for 3 doors. On June 30, I received two tracks with no hardware. I called the customer service line on different occasions to let them know about my order, and never received a call back. I also emailed them and it took four days for someone to respond. I was told the order would be filled but I was not given a date as to when to expect the hardware. I built some custom closet doors that this product seemed like the perfect solution for. However, I have now begun looking for alternatives since I have no idea when or if I will receive the hardware. I have no idea what the problem is but choosing their product has made things really difficult for completing this job. Fortunately my client is someone familiar with my work otherwise this could have been a disastrous experience.
Regarding Volet habitat - service and product very good; however, they impose DPD home delivery and this provider strictly does not care about end customers: 2 orders, 2 'delivery refusals'. The process is as follows, they inform you that they will deliver on a certain day, in the evening an email to inform you that they did not have time to deliver; you go to the site to select a new day, same thing but this time the package was dropped off at a relay point without even specifying where they left it: it's up to you to figure out where the parcel relay is. This is a clear non-respect of the contract proposed, however, they collect the funds without any problem! So if you are in the countryside, expect to have 'delivery issues' from DPD

I had already ordered a sliding system for an exterior door on this site that works perfectly, however I am a bit disappointed with the system ordered this time, difficult to adjust and the sliding is stiff.
Okay. It is advertised with expandability, but can only deliver packaged assortments…
I liked that the system is customizable. The top track seems to hide very nicely. However, my order was missing parts and I found the instructions hard to follow with minimal words to explain what to do. The little clips on the side to keep the door in the track are very short and the door comes off the track easily. The soft close made it very hard to open so my kids couldn’t even open the door. I was expecting a lot more for paying more than double what you would pay from the big box stores
I am still in the editing process, so this is an interim comment. The screws received do not match the key received. The screws are not very strong, resulting in the head getting ruined and it is impossible to tighten them all the way, and of course, removing them is a nightmare. I will therefore test the support and customer service to see if they manage. In this kind of purchase, the most important thing is the quality of customer service; if it is good, I will change my rating, if it is bad, I will change it too but in the opposite direction.

Easy purchase and fast shipping but I requested delivery to a company as stated in the delivery address and at no time did the company's name appear on the package slip. Fortunately, GLS had my phone number and we were able to meet, otherwise I don't know where my package would have gone.
The installation instructions leave a lot to the imagination. Definitely not for a neophyte DIYer.
The aluminum rails are not protected, no packaging, they are scratched and scuffed all over, too bad given the price of the kit for 2 pieces of aluminum, 3 plastic pieces and a few screws!
The company is located 5 minutes from my home. However, I am required to pay full delivery and they refuse to let me pick up the product myself. Same for the return.

Product quality was great. The written directions were poor. Had to resort to YouTube video and even that wasn't a clear explanation.
The product itself seems correct, we'll see over time, but they didn't include the right number of screws, missing 4 per wardrobe, a bit stingy, and the manual doesn't mention the two seals, not great either
Thank you for your responsiveness to satisfy a second delivery without problems and a quick processing, following a first order quickly delivered but a defective receipt and package.
This company sent a completely wrong product on my initial order. Customer service was easy to deal with to correct the order. However, they would not ship the wrong product back to them due to shipping cost. Now I am stuck with figuring out how to get rid of a bulky track system that I don't want.
The website is easy to navigate and products are presented in a relatively logical manner.
The goods were delivered by UPS, but 50 house numbers away, we had to take care of the package ourselves and pick it up, as UPS was not able to do so. Furthermore, the cover of the running rail was bent. We fixed it ourselves. Once and never again, the delivery was also 1.5 weeks later than expected.
Not being able to give an opinion for now since I have not yet received the goods, I would just like to point out after ordering on your site, I put a small note in the reserved box that I wanted a departure of the goods at the beginning of January because I could not receive it this end of the year, I received an email that the goods were in the process of being shipped on December 24, I called your friendly services to postpone the departure if it was still possible, in doubt the person I spoke to on the phone was supposed to keep me informed, I was never contacted again neither by email, nor by SMS, nor by email, I don't even know if it has been delivered knowing that carriers often do anything, it is a fragile package, I would not want it to arrive damaged. Delivery problem
This is my second order from here. I was very happy with my first purchase, the second one not so much. To my surprise when I opened the box the metal rail had a bunch of scratches and greasy finger/hand prints all over it. It's not a big deal if I was going to cover it but I wanted to leave it bare.
The site is a bit unclear, you can't find everything right away. Finding individual parts is made more difficult because of this. The drawings with dimensions are very good.

I was missing one part out of two. After my call to the company, the second one was sent to me quickly. However, the delivery company is not TOP, just a doorbell ring and the part left on the doormat.
Good for my order, very competent phone sales, quality rail, packaging, delivery speed. BUT:... rail delivered without dowels and without fixing screws??
Anchors not at all suitable for a plasterboard wall. Plan to buy some. Otherwise very good quality of the product.
The wheels taped on the outside of the package wrapped with the whole (rails+covers) scratched them through the plastic film. What solutions to hide these scratches? Thank you in advance. (NB: the whole will be assembled within 8 days)
