Good quality material. Easy installation, works well. Sales and after-sales services are efficient and attentive. A downside is the clock which is difficult to program in multi-channel and has a weak radio range. I need two for a house twenty meters long! And many attempts to find the best location for them to control all the shutters.

We used it for a large 60x90 cm mirror. It was very heavy to push. After some lubrication, it now runs somewhat. Not the best choice, but it works.

Everything is great, using the tube is a very good idea.

I had a relatively complicated order. After the initial order I had to add a few more pieces. I was concerned that the order would be in multiple shipments so I called SlidUp and got a customer Service rep who told me the order would actually be shipped out of two different terminals, one in Canada and one in Georgia. then emailed me all the shipping tracking numbers and which pieces would be shipped out of which terminal. Everything arrives within in days as he said. One of the best companies I've ever dealt with,

Order delivered in 4 days. Unfortunately, the 3m rail was damaged during transport, which happens given the size of the package. After just one email with a photo of the problem, a second rail was sent to me and received within a week! It is increasingly rare to have such a responsive company, so it deserves a very favorable review! I highly recommend.
