The product is very correct the installation has not yet been carried out but no doubt.

Good quality part, needs better instructions.

I had an issue with my order. I was overcharged for shipping. I emailed customer service. No reply. I called, no answer. Weeks go by. I emailed again. No reply. I call again. No answer. Terrible, non existent customer service. Absolutely no response. I would not buy from them again. Overcharged and then ghosted me.

Delivery OK, but the product is mediocre, visually and functionally.

Items were packaged well and really great quality. Things went together easily but I found the instructions were very small to read and they didn’t quite match the video so it took me a while to figure it out. But tolerances were near perfect and everything together well and is working beautifully. I’ve done a few projects like this and this set of hardware is also easier to adjust than most other doors like this.
