Awesome installation instructions could use a little help but product great

Very good impeccable service. I had ordered motorization for hinged shutters twice on the SLID'UP site without any delivery or material functioning problems. For the 3rd order, shipped on 23/01, the carrier notified you of delivery on 24/01 in the morning, you see nothing. On the 27th still nothing. In the afternoon I called SLID'UP, without waiting, a charming lady, attentive to you, solved the problem with the carrier who was waiting for who knows what to deliver. On 28/01 the delivery took place. Thank you again SLID'UP.
