I waited over 2 weeks for my original track. My first order of six sets of track. When it finally did arrive, only half of it made it. It took almost 10 days for the replacement to arrive. Very frustrating how long it took for me to receive my order.

I ordered a rail system for a sliding door with dampers and handles. The parts are sturdy, the material is of good quality. One part had a slight defect and the customer service was very responsive in sending me a new one. Very satisfied.

The order was not complete when it arrived. I called and spoke with Janik about it and she was very apologetic and promptly corrected the issue by sending the items that were not originally shipped. In doing so, she realized that the extra rollers I ordered were the wrong type for the channel that I had ordered. In the end, she saved me a big headache by catching my mistake. Excellent service and very pleasing to talk to.
