The only product I bought (motorization of swing shutters) caused me major installation issues and quickly broke down due to power supply, then remote control.

As long as you know what you want, the site is perfectly organized... The emphasis could be placed on the specifics of each product through well-defined demonstrations corresponding to the weight of each door and the type of sliding system used, for example.

Hello, I am very unhappy with the delivery. I received two notices of passage two mornings in a row between 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM, saw no one, and now it's the third day without notice. However, nothing to say about the package, well packed, and the product meets my expectations.

It's a shame that the customer service person does not have customer satisfaction in mind. Besides the choice of a carrier that took 4 days to deliver after the date they announced for their passage! 4 pieces were missing in the package that the company informed at 2 PM only shipped the next morning, not even bothering to correct their mistake by making a specific gesture to ensure the package arrived faster to its destination.

I gave this rating because 3 pieces were missing from the package. For now, I am still waiting for them.

No tracking number on my order delivered in "tracked letter". I contacted customer service (courteous person) who gave me the information. The delivery address was not completely filled out while it was well on the order. As a result, I managed to retrieve the package at the post office with some difficulty. The package almost went back to the sender. Too bad for this problem because the first order went well.

I have ordered several times and had no problems, but this time I waited 1 month to receive my package and had no news in the meantime. Otherwise, very good product, I would order again.

Nothing to complain about from the order to the departure of the product. The delivery by your provider DPD is a disaster 4 times warned of a delivery and 4 times delivery postponed by the carrier

It is very unfortunate to have to remove adhesive tape (white) marks in several places on the rail. This does not detract from the quality of the product, but still. One last small thing, I find the attached instructions too brief, specifically regarding the positioning and functioning of the two stops; which one is the closure? After long reflection, one eventually understands, but I doubt this is the case for everyone, this is just my humble opinion. The shipping packaging was very correct.

I should have only paid €100.64 instead of €140.18 if I had been informed that by ordering 48 hours later I could benefit from a 25% discount.
