This company was the only place I could find a pocket door kit with a small width. I had to replace the rail on my pocket door that was installed decades ago, and all you can find now are rails that are 1 inch wide or bigger! Kudos for having what I needed. The reason for the 4 and not 5 star is that they are a bit pricey, in my opinion, however the quality of the product was fantastic so you get what you pay for.

Hello. A very short delivery time, a remarkably packaged parcel. Due to a typing error on my part, I had, without waiting, a charming person on the phone with a smile (yes, yes, you can hear it on the phone) who promptly canceled my erroneous order, allowing me to place the correct items without charge or refund, well done. I haven't installed my doors yet, so I won't comment on the material yet, I will do so after installation, but I am still reassured as the material seems to be of very good quality, nothing to compare with the low-cost systems from large DIY stores. I recommend, stress-free shopping! not always easy online..... Fred
