The site is a bit oblivious, assuming that everyone is familiar with the offered products. I was looking for a solution and had to search for quite a while until I was sure I had found the right one.

Sliding: Perfect 1 problem, the carrier DPD does not respect the chosen time slots on predict!!

Disappointed, the small plastic fork that serves as a locking mechanism at the end of the wheel support broke during the first locking???

The quality of the material is a bit disappointing. The varnish on one of my three products shows a drop (probably too loaded during application) For the rest, I am waiting to install them

Website access and use is straightforward.

Ordering, delivery and website - all great! The system - had some problems. We watched the videos and read the instructions exhaustively. Found when we went to install that the spring pin at the top (closet doors) allowed only about 2mm of tolerance. And between that and the bottom pin tolerance it was a real bear to install - only to find that the other pin at the top required a 1/2 inch clearance. So it was literally mathematically impossible. Also the formula in the instructions didn’t work either. We had to add a wooden cross piece additionally on our ceiling due to overly short cutting of our doors due to this formula. Frustrating!!! A solid and good system but some tolerance and math issues for sure. The video seems to show a lot more tolerances for installation. Felt a little led down the garden path. Got it done but spent 4x longer than should have. Many fixes and adjustments required to get there.

Top products, but with GLS the delivery took a full 8 working days. Better to order via Amazon, it arrives in 3 days.

First I received the wrong product, called back they shipped the right one. Called again … the shipping company lost the package. After couple days they found it, promised to ship next day. Today was supposed to arrive. As of 9pm nothing showed up. It is already two weeks, weekend coming, the shipping company doesn't deliver on weekends.

The material is of high quality, the goods were packed a bit lightly (there is a risk of deforming the rails), the shipping could not be described as immediate and fast, additionally the communication with the contact person was more profit-oriented than customer-friendly.

It took a bit to find the product I was looking for. There wasn't exactly what I wanted but I purchased something close. The shipping cost was way too high for such a light object. Also the box was damaged, though not the product, luckily.

I think the sorting could be better.

The rollers with the brackets rattle on the running rail, it's only a matter of time before the brackets wear out and the door is blocked.

They have a wide range of products and only after a phone consultation with a very friendly and competent employee were we able to find the right product. It was not possible for us to do this solely through their website, as there was missing information that did not allow us to order online.

The shop is okay, only the quality leaves something to be desired.

Never saw the width of the product would not fit my door.

The process of ordering was simple and easy and the shipment arrived quite quickly however, although I ordered two, only one was shipped. I called them directly and they shipped the second one out immediately and it arrived very fast. Overall I was very pleased with the product. I certainly understand that mistakes can happen and they recovered my trust very quickly. I will buy from them again.

Unfortunately, after a good experience some time ago, the second order did not work out. The goods seem to have returned to the sender. I have not received any message about what is going on. Moreover, it takes unusually long to get my money back. The service from Mrs. [...] is limited. I am probably one of many unimportant customers.

Somewhat long delivery time

Very good

The item arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the wrong fastening was delivered. However, we were able to adapt it skillfully.

The supplied stoppers cannot be inserted into the rail. Even with the horizontal fastening and meticulously inserted countersunk screws, the intended hexagon fastenings have no function because the part can only be inserted with force.

The goods are okay so far, they do what they are supposed to. Delivery time not so good. I waited one and a half weeks for the delivery.

Nothing arrived.

Unfortunately, the aluminum cover strips were bent, not well enough packed for the clumsy delivery service. This is annoying. Otherwise, service OK.

The invoice was missing, that needs to be reminded again!

It is a pity that a simple order, where the packaging even clearly states the designations, is not executed correctly. However, the lady on the phone ensured that I ultimately received the products I ordered.
