The navigation on the site is quite manageable, but I missed a precise measured 'technical' drawing of the system, even the requested and promptly delivered detail did not contain the hoped-for system dimensions. (Axis roller to the respective mounting surfaces)

When choosing a suspended sliding rail kit, there was no option for a closing speed reducer, while searching in spare parts you can find it. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the sliding habitat.

For me, actually the best customer service I have experienced so far by phone. The lady on the phone is knowledgeable about all Türsystems and recommended us the perfect system for our sliding door (in front of our wardrobe in the entrance area). Depending on the length, including cladding, etc. There were also good tips on how to paint the cladding black. Great. Thank you, every company wishes for such employees. Strong.
