Great product, delivered quickly. Unfortunately the hardware would not fit in my implementation for the doors I had. Customer service was excellent in determining this and helping me return the product.

It's a shame that the delivery is not faster. The delivery date was not respected and when you are waiting for the order with the gate disassembled especially when it weighs 200 kg, it is frustrating.

The navigation on the site is quite manageable, but I missed a precise measured 'technical' drawing of the system, even the requested and promptly delivered detail did not contain the hoped-for system dimensions. (Axis roller to the respective mounting surfaces)

Impeccable delivery. Perfect phone contact. Billing modification done without any problem. Regarding the site, it would be wise to offer all options on each page. When choosing a suspended sliding rail kit, there was no option for a closing speed reducer, while searching in spare parts you can find it. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the sliding habitat.

Delivery announced 5 times and 5 times not done.......no call...no excuse, DPD transport is in the sense of being vulgar and contemptible people. I am not homophobic. I cancel my order....

For me, actually the best customer service I have experienced so far by phone. The lady on the phone is knowledgeable about all Türsystems and recommended us the perfect system for our sliding door (in front of our wardrobe in the entrance area). Depending on the length, including cladding, etc. There were also good tips on how to paint the cladding black. Great. Thank you, every company wishes for such employees. Strong.
