Fast delivery. Everything as expected.

Very good delivery.

Site was easily found with an internet search. Ordering was simple. Didn't get an email when it was shipped, and didn't get a response when I inquired about shipping and possible arrival dates. It arrived and was very easy to install on our heavy bypass pantry doors. Wish we'd have seen these before we wasted money buying bypass hardware from Home Depot that only lasted a couple of years. This product is far superior and better made. Our biggest problem is we decided not to use the soft closures and we have issues trying to get used to the new hardware. You see, the new rollers slide so well, one of these days the pantry door may end up in the living room! Maybe for those DIY people thinking of using this product… install the soft closures!

Regarding Volet habitat - service and product very good; however, they impose DPD home delivery and this provider strictly does not care about end customers: 2 orders, 2 'delivery refusals'. The process is as follows, they inform you that they will deliver on a certain day, in the evening an email to inform you that they did not have time to deliver; you go to the site to select a new day, same thing but this time the package was dropped off at a relay point without even specifying where they left it: it's up to you to figure out where the parcel relay is. This is a clear non-respect of the contract proposed, however, they collect the funds without any problem! So if you are in the countryside, expect to have 'delivery issues' from DPD

I'm very unhappy my order was doubled and was charged about $15 for delivery. I want to return the 4 extra pocket doors but I cannot find anyone to send it for less than $350+HST. Slid'up should be sending a return label just like amazon or offering a better solution. Your website messed up the order and doubled it. I only ordered 4. 8 were sent and I was charged for 8. Not fair to the consumer. You guys have bulk purchase rates with Purolator and the shipping is very minimal for a large organization.
