Hello, as we have already explained the vials are not open, however it is possible that some vials are not the same level, they are 60ml vials in total capacity but they are filled to 50ml to add a nicotine booster 10ml if you wish. In our stock there are vials filled to 51 or 52 ml or 49 but that's not our fault, if you take a sample of 40 bottles you're bound to find some in the batch that aren't all at the same level, the same applies to water bottles for example.
