Hello, thank you for your feedback, for this problem, have you checked that you have waited a minimum of 5 minutes for the new resistor to imbibe the e-liquid correctly. If you try to vapourize directly, the resistor will burn and you'll have to change it. Have a nice day,

Still nothing after 8 days. They called me to change the color of the electronic cigarette because the one I ordered on the website was no longer available. I ended up with a golden cigarette... I ordered the original blue one from a competitor (already received, in 3 days) and will send back my smok-it package upon receipt (if I ever receive it). For the first time, there was an oversight in my order, which can happen to anyone and will not prevent me from continuing to order from you... However, when I received my order, I received all the liquids and boosters in good quantity, but the datt white stuff cotton parquet was not present. The products are packaged in a "reinforced" envelope, but this didn't stop one of the liquids from leaking. Very good chocolate smell, but very unpleasant to the touch when you open the envelope. Some sites put the products in cardboard boxes, which are much more protective.
