The supposedly white armchair arrived completely beige, not at all the color of the photo, and moreover, no refund or return possible. To be greatly avoided as even customer service is not accommodating at all.

Response from Sofa tantra
Dear customer,
You selected a cream white sofa during your order. By definition, this color is between white and beige.
You then directly opened a Paypal dispute without making a prior return request.
We offered you the possibility to return your product at no cost, which you refused...
The Paypal dispute management service then ruled on this case, stating that your refund request was not admissible.
We hope, however, that you will have pleasant moments on your tantra armchair.
Best regards,
O

Order acknowledged and delivered quickly. Minor issue with the finish with marks from the tracing of the lines of the upholstery on the sides and a small scratch (Despite being very well packaged) but nothing that prevents enjoying the product fully. I am very satisfied with my purchase and I recommend it to all couples :-)
