the color does not seem right to me. I sent a sample to get the color and the one they gave me is lighter. I took the sample from the sofa itself and comparing it with that same area the color is lighter. I expected it to be exact so I wouldn't have to paint the entire sofa and it hasn't been like that.

In the bottles, the color of the product changes over time due to the metal ball that rusts! You should replace it with something else.

Your advice is impressive, I have made your brand known with your advice and your products in my usual BMW E30 325iX forum. I have repaired and renovated my completely damaged, torn driver's seat. It's amazing. I might suggest that you provide pieces of leather in your catalog, according to grain sizes, and that would be perfect.

Leather color too orange. Yet I chose with a sample guide. For a burgundy. I couldn't send a piece of leather for my one-piece sofa. And so my order had to match the requested color. Fortunately, I only did a small corner. Because the color is too orange.!?

The delivery times are quite long, compared to what a professional might need.. The material is excellent and the tutorials are more than sufficient to understand how to use it, but the color chart is quite inaccurate and not very helpful for a clear identification of the color to choose.
