The Sofolk site is very easy to navigate, and I've had no problems whatsoever. Delivery is a bit long if you want a non-standard shade. I notified customer service by e-mail and the next day they called me to explain why. The person I spoke to was very friendly, which tells me that customer service is efficient. From this point of view I'm satisfied, you can count on their attention.
