Disappointed by 1 - Message left on the site, no response. 2- Among the thermoformable foam sheets ordered in 2 mm, one or two were only 1 mm. 3- I was supposed to be delivered in two working days (I paid a little over 7 € for this service), I was delivered in three days.

Hello, I am completely satisfied with the order and delivery times. The only small downside (but not too serious) is the fact of not being notified by SMS (even though we provide the phone number) about the arrival of the order, especially when the delivery point changes location. I don't check my emails every day and, for some, this can be inconvenient. But, I repeat, I am completely satisfied. Just improve the email info. Thank you

Partial delivery preventing me from using the pouches ... I am disappointed that I was not called to inform me of the so-called error since it was written remaining to be delivered on the Delivery Note. However, the quality of the products is good.

Average, I ordered products that they no longer had in stock, I was refunded but I also received products that did not match the photo (the color) and for decoration, it's important!

Despite ordering very early compared to the start of the school year, my order arrived a week and a half late... I will still recommend your site, since your services ensured that I was satisfied with the ordered product

Disappointed, 3 items were missing from my order and my new order arrived almost 2 weeks later.
I hope that there will be no issues with my next order. Thank you

THE CARRIER DID NOT COME TO US WHILE WE WERE THERE AND LEFT US A NOTICE ON THE NET. AS A RESULT, MY HUSBAND HAD TO GO PICK UP OUR ORDER IN ENNERY SO THAT WE WOULD HAVE OUR EASTER EGGS ON TIME!!!!!

Correct site. Product received correctly as well. One plus would be a clip for implementing the product (celestial lantern) and usage tips (heating product cradle, etc)

the ergonomics need to be improved (references sometimes difficult to find) enough details on the products
an error in item naming (which makes it unusable for my project): wooden stick (ref 1423501) announced and labeled diameter 2 mm while they are 3 mm in diameter
