The order went well and arrived 3 days later, very fast. However, I would have preferred the large model but you no longer had it in stock and I waited about 3 weeks and you still didn't have it, so I bought the smaller model. Your stocks should be replenished a bit faster, I think.

Careful and fast shipping - no issues regarding tracking and codes as I went through the delivery system to a relay point by box

Satisfied with my order, very fast shipping in packaging with a 'very fragile' sticker. But the postal route was too long.

My base was torn in two... And the shipping cost plus tax was expensive. Disappointed with the quality-price ratio. I need to order more, I will go to another supplier

The phone contact was excellent during the order; just a bug issue on the site that did not display the correct price (issue manually resolved by your collaborator). Delivery time respected; just a packaging problem;

Very well, we didn't know if it was possible to place an order for a community and after a phone call, we got the answer that there was no problem, which was done without issue

Only downside: in my personal case, the order was very light, and I find it a shame that there isn't a cheaper rate for shipments that fit in a simple envelope.

not quite suitable but I had no choice. It does the job anyway and the result is good for a stencil that is not intended for spray paint
