Serious and fast site but the items are not detailed enough and the shipping costs are too high (€5.99) for a shipment of a few grams to a relay point.
Good site. I find that shipping costs are expensive, we wait a long time for the order, one day I had Your order has been shipped and 3 hours after your order is being prepared........all that for 4 days and one fine day my order arrived without me being notified. Too bad.

Shipping costs are excessive! Especially for what I ordered. The package was in cardboard when a simple bubble letter would have been cheaper!
You chose delivery to the post office for €5.95, there is nothing unreasonable about this amount.
We do not ship any purchase whose total merchandise amount exceeds €8 in an envelope, tracked or not, for the simple reason that too many envelopes get lost.

Correct delay affordable price but 3 spheres out of 5 were damaged
It would be better to display the prices including tax from the start and reduce them by the amount of VAT when a merchant (with VAT) declares. Initially, the prices are displayed excluding tax; if you don't pay close attention, this fact escapes you, and when as a private individual (without VAT) you want to place an order, miraculously, without warning, the prices jump to including tax: unpleasant surprise! Especially since some scam sites use this method to raise their prices at the last minute.

Very good site but large volume delivery not great in terms of packaging. First order metallic circle of 65 cm received bent, they sent me a new replacement circle and it was also a bit bent, I give up on another replacement
2 items that did not match the photos on the site. Rather correct site but I don't think I will place new orders on this site. A bit disappointed by some items received that I immediately returned.

Fast, but the product is not of the same brand as the one presented. We had chosen it because the writing was well visible, whereas on the one received the dimensions are hardly visible.
Just a big problem the address on the package was not correct: 63490 Et Quentin/Sauxillanges instead of 63490 Et Jean n Val which is the correct one that's all
