The items are not in good condition

Disappointed by 1 - Message left on the site, no response. 2- Among the thermoformable foam sheets ordered in 2 mm, one or two were only 1 mm. 3- I was supposed to be delivered in two working days (I paid a little over 7 € for this service), I was delivered in three days.

Hello, I am completely satisfied with the order and delivery times. The only small downside (but not too serious) is the fact of not being notified by SMS (even though we provide the phone number) about the arrival of the order, especially when the delivery point changes location. I don't check my emails every day and, for some, this can be inconvenient. But, I repeat, I am completely satisfied. Just improve the email info. Thank you

Correct site. Product received correctly as well. One plus would be a clip for implementing the product (celestial lantern) and usage tips (heating product cradle, etc)

Package received on time but one of my items was broken so conclusion good for the deadlines but very average for the attention paid to the package.
