I received a final rejection following my complaint:
Hello Sir,
Thank you for your patience.
After examining your concerns with the store management, we can inform you that the "holes" and irregularities in the cushion material that you are complaining about are normal air pockets related to production that do not affect the quality of the cushion and do not interfere with its function. The cushion is new and these irregularities or "three"/small "tears" in the cushion material do not interfere in any way with the function of the cushion.
Therefore, this is not a real defect nor a warranty case, and we cannot offer to exchange the cushion.
Thank you for your understanding.

The product seems ok although it did not treat the snoring. In the end I made a surgery that helped. I will still use it for bruxism which is my secondary issue. The DHL delivery service was awful. Never had an issue but it took way too long for paid delivery. Two weeks is outrageous.

By simply placing the reviews you write on the website. I wrote a review about a snoring mouthpiece that did not work well. When I confirmed the review, it was not posted on the website and with the mouthpiece. It was a negative review so I suspect only positive reviews are posted

Response from SomniShop
Dear customer, we post all reviews (including the bad ones), as honestly and transparently as possible. That is why we also use an independent review platform like webwinkelkeur.
The reason a product review is not immediately posted on our website is that there are often (inappropriate) spam messages that have nothing to do with the product. Therefore, the reviews are first assessed for relevance. You can now find your product review on our website.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service.
