Their website kept emptying the basket at checkout. Then sent the wrong size. Weren't even willing to pay for return postage. So got a refund and shopped elsewhere.

Due to complicated webpage, ordered the wrong size and they will not accept a return nor provide any compensation or offer of goodwill. Waste of money. Would never buy from here again

The product seems ok although it did not treat the snoring. In the end I made a surgery that helped. I will still use it for bruxism which is my secondary issue. The DHL delivery service was awful. Never had an issue but it took way to long for paid delivery. Two weeks is outrageous.

The service was good and the product arrived promptly considering international delivery and pandemic lockdown. I did get quite a lot of delivery info emails in German but they were usually accompanied by an English equivalent!
