These loose there strength far to quickly I've had several but the work just wished they lasted longer

Not the most comfortable but I was dropping my O2 sats overnight according to my watch and since using it that's stopped. Feel more refreshed so worth it I suppose

The device is too big for my mouth and I am a full grown adult man. The adjustment is poor and it is uncomfortable and doesn’t stop my snoring. I have had better results from much cheaper devices.

Considering the cost, the delivery time is terrible. Ignore the 3-5 working days, instead assume 3 weeks. The responses from support suggest they know this. So, you pay a premium for delivery, but receive the slowest possible.

Even though the shop is called somnishop uk it is actually in Germany so delivery is delayed and you will have to add customs fees to the price quoted. So whilst I got what I ordered eventually it was way more expensive and slower than expected

Mask came in good time. Mask does not work for me. It leaks when sleeping on your side very disappointed.

I didnt realise i was buying a product from outside of the UK. Maybe I shouldve looked a little deeper as the delivery price was expensive. However, as the prices are in pounds sterling, and the site has a uk email address, i didnt realise. I think it should be made clearer on the home page.
I bought a trial package in addition to the product and have experienced very good, prompt customer service. A refund has been actioned immediately and I look forward to receiving it.

Prompt delivery , no fuss

Product and price really good but tracking is terrible. Had to contact supplier to be told it was in customs waiting to clear and any further charge would have to be paid, still checked daily with no further information and it just arrived. Maybe a tweak in the shipping info

Quality product but it didnt work for me, I took a gamble after using cheaper products for years. Unfortunatly because the product didnt allow me to breath through my mouth I couldnt use it. I asked SomniShop for a replacement prodcut but was told I would have to buy a alternative again, I was offered a very small discount but not enough to get me to spend another £100 + pounds so have had to reorder a cheaper alterntive from a different company that I know works. Real shame as the quality of the product was good and I would have been a loyal customer to Somnishop for years if they had been a bit more accomodating with providing a replacement or giving me a meaninful discount. These products are not cheap so it has been a costly experience on a product i could not use.

Better price than in the UK, however I wasn't expecting customs charges of £58 on top of my order.

Simple order process and quick delivery

Fast delivery, easy to use, it reduced my snoring moments and dramatically decreased the volume of my snoring, less of my epic snores, and my mouth is not anymore dry and sore in the morning. More rest and sleep for me.

Easy to use, slightly uncomfortable though seems to improve air flow

The product was well packaged and instructions are very detailed. I have started using the mouth guard for 2 days now and so far snoring seems to be reduced. To be confirmed.

took a week to receive a card saying customs had not been paid had to send it back or i would of been paying double price the website is SomniShop uk you don't expect customs charge not to be paid from a company advertising in the uk

Slow delivery, service from Somnishop good.

Delivery was quick. Unfortunately I cannot use the guard as it causes to much pain in my jaw and my teeth.

The top mouthpiece was easy to mould correctly - it did take two attempts but now fits nice and snug and doesn't slip at all. However the bottom mould is a lot more difficult to get right. As I have a small mouth having to insert the bottom mould will the top one in places has caused problems, I experienced rubbing at the side of my mouth and scratched the corner of my mouth when inserting. Also experienced a problem fitting the connectors - they kept popping off so had to fit the "non adjusting ones". Will preserver and will try to mould the bottom set again.
Delivery was excellent and only took a few days.

Product is good however the delivery of the product is not very good. I had to wait for 7 working days to receive the product. they should have a warehouse in the UK instead of sending the product from Germany

The device is too large for my mouth, it makes me gag and can’t keep it in for more than 30 minutes. It also creates a lot of saliva.

Moulding of the appliance didn't work very well. The mouth pieces just slip out of hold too easily. Otherwise, the Tomed Somnoguard Ap2 has been effective and improved my snoring.

Clear website with a good range of products

Tried to contact the shop after my purchase but not getting replies.

From Germany so not “uk” and price excessive when product seen. (Which also have not had any beneficial effect).

Bought a Somnipax guard S. Works fantastic when Tensioning band is new. Very expensive to buy additional Tensioning Bands, and you have to buy 10 packs even though you are only using 1 or 2 of them. Then you have to throw away remaining.

My order came through quick.

So , this appears to work well for me !
More deep sleep . Les snoring snd less apnea. Hurts my teeth tho .
