Hello, thank you for your comment. We are sorry to learn that the product could not meet your expectations. As with all anti-snoring dental mouthpieces, it takes an average of 2 to 3 weeks to get used to the device, which is perceived as a foreign body in the first days. If after this adaptation period wearing the orthosis is still uncomfortable, and you find it too thick, we recommend you turn to our SomnoFit-S anti-snoring orthosis, which is much thinner, and therefore more comfortable to wear. You can refer to our size guide in the description of our products to see if the device fits your jaw.

The orthosis does not allow (or hardly) movements,

the muscle relaxation linked to falling asleep causes a disconnection of the lower jaw and the orthosis

which makes it ineffective

"In doing so, the mandibular advancement (extent by which the lower jaw is moved forward) can be calibrated from 0 – 10 mm (infinitely variable calibration)." No, you can't calibrate the position of your lower jaw. It's a one piece device, your lower jaw can only be aligned inline with your upper front teeth. Package, order and delivery process was good by the way.

The device has cut down snoring significantly but wife says I still make weird noises as I fall asleep. The device is complicated for a layman to fit.
