The device is ok. Having a deviated septum means the central part of the device is quite painful but my breathing seems better than without. I will try to get used to it for a little longer.

Please be aware this is an EU based shop, despite the .uk domain. If you order over the threshold then duties/VAT will be payable. This could be made clearer.
I was erroneously charged under even though my order was under the limit but Somnishop took care of that so points to them.
Actual goods were perfect, great price and rapidly delivered, well packed.

The service was excellent and delivery prompt. I would like to be able to purchase the short flexible pipe nearest the face mask on its own as it has a short life. The face mask will last three times as long . The short pipe is not listed as being available on its own unfortunately. Regards Sean

You were the only supplier of the goods I bought but the postage charges were very high. I would hope these could be reviewed for such small, inexpensive products. However I am grateful to have been able to make the purchase and have been delighted with the product.

Very pleased to find a straight-forward place to buy a replacement CPAP mask when mine broke. Easily found the exact same mask as from the NHS, and importantly it arrived much sooner than the Sleep Unit achieved, despite a slight snag with international delivery (the printed address was incomplete so it took a few extra days to find me). At about the price of a restaurant dinner for two, I would recommend picking up a spare mask to anyone who relies on their CPAP.

I'm sure this woyld suit some people, but im female with a smaller mouth. It just wouldnt fit. The size for the jaw hung right over my back molars and was really impossible to fit my mouth. I spent a lot of money on this as i have loads of problems finding ones small enough to fit a smaller female mouth, but never have. Alas this looked more adjustable, but the starting size was just too big.

The product seems ok although it did not treat the snoring. In the end I made a surgery that helped. I will still use it for bruxism which is my secondary issue. The DHL delivery service was awful. Never had an issue but it took way to long for paid delivery. Two weeks is outrageous.
