Order and return of the order OK except that last week it was impossible to reach you for information on the delivery tracking. In the end, package received on Saturday, April 20.

I haven't received my order yet. It is probably coming, so no big deal, really. But because you used Deutsche Post and the United States Postal Service, tracking information has been lacking. They just aren't very good at that. I actually have high hopes for your actual product. Maybe I'll feel better when it gets here.

The order and confirmation took place on 03.04.2018. The goods were only delivered on 10.04.2018. I think that's too late, because it was said that shipping would take place 1 day after the order.
