Pillow not suitable for the purpose because it is too wide and yet possible to lie on your back. That should prevent the pillow. Return costs should be for the account of the customer

Delivery as agreed, clear what the delivery time was.
Too bad there was no NL manual included, otherwise a great product!

You buy something and upon receipt, it turns out you also need cleaning supplies. Why don't I get any tips with the order?
Searching for cleaning products is difficult.
The site is in Dutch. The products have a German manual. There are no manuals available in Dutch on the site. Too bad.
This makes the product user-unfriendly.

Fast delivery. The nose spreaders helped me stop snoring. I had also used the brace but I don't find it comfortable, and with just the nose spreaders, I don't snore according to my partner. For the brace, I went from +6 to +4.5, which fits better.
An inexpensive solution for a years-long problem. Better than going through a general practitioner to an ENT specialist to a sleep center only to find out that you don't have sleep apnea and thus won't get reimbursed by insurance.
The manuals should have been in Dutch, I think. My English and German are good enough to read, but I went back to the site to read how the brace should be adjusted.

Product received in good order, unfortunately not within a day (as stated on the site), but within 4 working days.

The package was delivered to me by the post office. I had to pay Fr. 20.35 for clearance and VAT. I think this should be noted.

The goods and delivery were all super - no worries. I just had a problem completing my order in the online store. Because of that, I deducted one star.

Everything went well, was very good, the shipping from Somnishop was also very fast, only the post office then took a whole week to deliver the goods.

The order and confirmation took place on 03.04.2018. The goods were only delivered on 10.04.2018. I think too late, because it was said that shipping takes place 1 day after ordering.
