Website was appalling, lots of errors, had to phone in the end. Product is hugely overpriced for what it is, but as the only supplier I could find I had no choice.

The product seems ok although it did not treat the snoring. In the end I made a surgery that helped. I will still use it for bruxism which is my secondary issue. The DHL delivery service was awful. Never had an issue but it took way to long for paid delivery. Two weeks is outrageous.

The service was good and the product arrived promptly considering international delivery and pandemic lockdown. I did get quite a lot of delivery info emails in German but they were usually accompanied by an English equivalent!

I'm used to a dentist moulded snore guard.....o bought this as a temporary replacement. It serves it's purpose for a while. It doesn't allow mouth breathing and seems expensive for what it is.

Delivery prompt. However the plastic nose expander does not work at all. Bought 3 different sizes and all 3 fall off immediately. Not fit for the purpose.

I haven't received my order yet. It is probably coming, so no big deal, really. But because you used Deutsche Post and the United States Postal Service, tracking information has been lacking. They just aren't very good at that.

I actually have high hopes for your actual product. Maybe I'll feel better when it gets here.
