On site and order nothing to say about the product it did not correspond to the order and this 2 times is not serious to review

I am a little disappointed with the battery which was given for 3300 mAh and which in reality is not more than 2700 mAh

The parts are supposedly tested before shipping... Well, the first one I received doesn't work and it was really hard to miss... so not tested before shipping... However, if these ones work, they work correctly! The after-sales service was very responsive and offered me a quick solution. Nevertheless, I think it's a shame to have to waste time because the parts are (apparently) not tested, even though it's written in big letters on their website...

The site is well done but on the liPhone reassembly tutorial there is a step missing and I found myself with an extra screw, forced to reassemble...

I am overall very disappointed. No problem with the site which delivered on time but they are careful not to say that the quality of the screen is much lower. I would have preferred to stay with my broken screen. It's a great product. I have lost the colours, which are now very bland and the touch is very bad and clicks next to it all the time. I will never buy their "premium screen" again. It should be pointed out that it is far from the quality of the originals.

Screen much more fragile than the original one, cracked in my pocket after two days. And no return possible.

The delay is much longer than usual. This is a big handicap knowing that the screen I ordered had to be replaced with a screen that was completely out of order. I find it a shame not to be warned of this longer delay. However, this is the first problem I have encountered after several orders, the quality is always there. Good luck to all.

This assembly does not have depth and therefore I lost the facial recognition on my iPhone. Obviously this was not described in the description at all.

The return should be free.

Clear website, good product descriptions. The tutorials are easily accessible, but the preparation service was not able to process my order correctly on two occasions. Fortunately the after-sales service is very responsive and informs you quickly on the progress of the order. Rigour and patience are necessary.

Attention very fragile quality disappointing

I am very pleased with the products but a little disappointed with this latest order where after 2 months of waiting I am asked to pay 4 euros more because the delivery which was expected in simple letter must be done in colissimo...

The screen was not top level brightness I think not solid enough because despite the protection it is still broken...

Product conforms but big delay of delivery and no information on this delay

This is not the first time I've ordered from SOSAV, but it's the first time I've been really dissatisfied. I ordered 1 time, received the wrong part, contacted SAV, reshipped the same part as the first one, contacted SAV again, went through the technical expertise again and a 3rd time the same part... It was a sticker to stick the LCD on the chassis of my wife's cell phone, today her LCD is out of order, I have the right to 10% discount on my next order it could have been nice but now I still do not have the right sticker and I have to recommend an LCD because by moving on the chassis it cracked, the touch does not work, in short out of order! So the next time will be without me!

Non-compliant ecran

I had a late arrival and reordered due to several problems. Finally I had my iPad repaired in a shop for a hundred euros. I have a touchscreen in stock! Thankfully your after sales service is responsive and cooperative.

A few days later my phone had a battery problem again

The video would sometimes be more appropriate ... the reassembly is not necessarily explained the photo not always taken at the best angle Finally the iphone recharges again but no wifi.

Total flop for me. My phone was very difficult to open... and the glass broke. Now it's out of order. It was a refurbished device, maybe it had been opened and glued with a stronger glue than the original one...maybe that's why? I think in the tuto it would have been wise to specify these things. I would not have bought a kit "change battery" in this case. I lost money. Too bad....

The only downside is that the tools are of poor quality, the flathead screwdriver can't loosen some screws, the plastic spatula breaks when the battery is removed...

For the first time, the ordered product does not work. It is impossible for me to report the problem to customer service (?)

Fast delivery

Hello. I received the iPhone 7 plus charging pad in very bad condition. The contacts have been broken and the fasteners are bent. I've mounted it anyway and I have the same result as with the old one, no charge.

The tools I ordered don't match the screws on my iPhone, no adhesive on my Power tablecloth when other sites sell it (I had to use glue), and the instructions for repairing it stop just before reassembling it, specifying that you have to do the steps backwards (logical). My assembly is so poor because of the tools that I'll probably have to send it for repair (or the assembly will last a week)

The tutorials are very well done ... however, the material received, including the disassembly kit, (and given the price) are a very very Chinese quality! I even cut myself with the flat pliers so it is sharp inside.

I'm sorry, but I can't get my button to work properly. It's just that it's very sensitive at times and at other times it's stuck or works alone.

The tutorial only skimmed over the most critical part of the repair, removing the battery, but I could only know that after I did it. As a result, having followed the tutorial, i.e. removing the battery from the side, I tore a plug and my phone is now out of order for good. It should have been explained that you have to remove the battery from the top, following the 3 sticky strips that hold it. So I'm good to go and buy a new phone, and the battery I bought on the site is useless to me.

I didn't understand well, I wanted to have the rear frame and it wasn't explained very well, but it was well packaged

Received quickly but the item does not work properly

The site is very well done with videos "tutorials" to help with editing. On the other hand it is necessary to read well between the lines. If the photos suggest that the products are original manufacturers at the delivery are unfortunately adaptable!

Screen and battery seem to be of good quality, nothing to complain about. However, the screen replacement tutorial on iPhone 6s is problematic: not disconnecting the battery for a screen change creates a risk of short circuit when reconnecting the screen connectors. Ultimately, the risk of blowing the backlight fuse, which happened to me. This SMD fuse is 0.5mm long and requires expensive equipment and a lot of skill to change. So motherboard and phone out of order... That said, SOSAV is still a site that provides good quality material and I will order from this site again without any problem.

I am very pleased with the delivery and the equipment. The problem is that I ordered with -10% on the material that did not work. I have a response and no solution or follow-up.

Nothing to say, waiting for my part!!!.hoping it's fast and that it's the right one.

Ordered on Sunday, the part arrived by post this Friday. Opening, the part delivered is not the one presented on the site and totally incompatible with my SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB S.

The part was of good quality, arrived on time and in the right packaging, but it should have been specified that it did not come with the double-sided adhesive required for fitting. I'll do more research next time to get the corresponding adhesive.

I received the right part but the colour didn't match, but I was happy with it.
