Great except for the mediocre tooling I got two screwdrivers with broken bits and the rest is top notch.

It wasn't that I received the headphones when it was the headphone set attached to the proximity sensor that I ordered

I am disappointed, because after the installation of the screen, it showed me a blue screen, while before there was just a crack

I placed the order in September and just received it. The delay between the order and the delivery was very long. I understand that there may be delays at the moment but the least you can do is to keep your customers informed and make a commercial gesture. Sincerely, Marine Brogat.

The parts received were in accordance with the order. The only drawback is the delivery time, which greatly exceeded the forecasts (parts were out of stock at the supplier's). This is why I do not give 5 stars.

Everything was working perfectly for a week and then black screen 😕 ? Can I send it back to get another screen, if the warranty applies? Normally satisfied with SOSAV. Sincerely

I really appreciate SOSAV. The repair procedures are really superb, the material and spare parts are available. It is true that they are a little more expensive than some of their competitors, but I still order from SOSAV to support them. I already recommend to my friends and family to see and buy from them.
