2 defective items out of 3 sent. The 1st one was exchanged for free and the second one was refunded but with return shipping costs at my expense, not very commercial...

Very good management of my problem. I did not receive my order within the time limit announced and I could not forward it because I had chosen a simple mail and they sent me back my order which arrived in duplicate because the first delivery arrived with the right date of delivery (thank you post office for the delay ....). Very good communication, fast and efficient. If all customer services were like this it would be great!

Bought a spare battery for my smartphone. More than mediocre. Catastrophic. The battery does not hold a charge. Even the original battery that was replaced lasted longer.
