Order received partially (I was missing the replacement screen for my iPhone 13 Pro Max). After exchanging with customer service, and filling out a sworn statement confirming that I had indeed not received the screen I ordered, it arrived via a second shipment the following week. During the replacement of the parts, the connector for the new battery was incredibly complex to connect (25-30 good minutes). Moreover, it was not recognized by the phone, unlike the screen which was recognized as an 'original' part. For now, everything seems to be working correctly, we'll see over time.
